Meetings and Events
A.R.T. hosts rides, meetings, and events in order to build the biking and walking community and increas awareness. The rides are a fun way to increase the visibility of bicyclists to motorists
while providing local riders a chance to become more comfortable on the
streets of Sarasota. The meetings and events provide an opportunity for
public discussion of bicycle and pedestrian issues and keeping the community up to speed with A.R.T.'s progress..
We have a bimonthly general meeting on the third Sunday of the month. Project-specific meetings are held about once a week. Call or email us to get involved.
A.R.T. hosts rides about twice a month and we frequently end the rides with food and drinks.
